THE GROUNDS
The villa has ample covered parking for two guest cars and a tree-shaded area for dogs that borders the swimming pool zone.
The entrance to the house gives onto a gravel drive where there is an arbour with vines and tables and chairs under two tall firs.
The guest house comprises 3 floors: the entrance level (kitchen, washroom, lounge and small bathroom), the first floor (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower) and the attic (one bedroom and bathroom with shower).

THE SWIMMING POOL
Your stay at La Fiorita is enhanced by a lovely pool

THE INTERIOR
The four bedrooms are decorated with fine fabrics and original furniture from the 1800’s.
On the ground floor is the living room/dining room with open fire-place and cooking area (cooker, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, food-trolley) and bathroom.
In the lounge there is a television with terrestrial and satellite channels as well as a stereo system. There is also a wide selection of books to read.
On the first floor of the villa there is one double bedroom, two twin-bedded rooms, one bathroom with jacuzzi-shower-sauna and one bathroom with shower.
In the attic is another double room with shower.
Children’s cots can be added on request.
For the guest’s security there is an internal wall-mounted safe and the building is fitted with an alarm system, controlled by numeric coding.

Guests will be given a code and instructions on how to use the system.
In the small washroom there is a modern washing machine and ironing board.
There is also a central-heating system. |
